Topic 1:
I'm starting to eat healthy now for a number of reasons. It sucks, today is day one. LOL. Seriously, healthy food is gross. However, I like the taste of very few vegetables. Probably because most of this stuff isn't what I grew up eating and now I have to get used to the taste later on in life
Anyone else eat fairly healthy or is a health nut here? It'll make me feel better if i'm not the only one.

Organic food, since i'm thinking about starting to eat healthy, I figure now is as good a time as ever to start picking up Organic items. I hear many good things about them, but i'm still a bit wary. Does anyone only eat or mostly eat organic food here? Honestly, when you stopped eating regular food and started to eat Organic food... did you eventually see any change in your energy level, skin, hair, nails, anything at all?
