It features Easy Moe Dee and BAM on this track “Let Em Know” and they straight up blaze Lil Kim and Jay-Z. She even spits a small verse on the rumor of Foxy having Rick Ross‘ baby. She even spits on Nas and AZ.
Common told the BMI “How I Wrote That Song” panel that”It’s Your World” off of his Be album (my favorite Common album) was inspired by a conversation he had with a prostitute.
Jay-Z’s “Forever Young” bares a striking resemblance to German rapper Bushido’s song “Für immer jung,” which was released in 2008 through Universal. Both songs sample Alphaville’s original, but the question remains, did Jay-Z get the idea from Bushido?
Bushido’s record label, Universal, previously sued EMI for copyright violation when MIMS album cover for Music Is My Savior copied the artwork for Bushido’s Deutschland Gib Mir Ein Mic.
