I tried to enjoy the Minnesota Connection on this beautiful summer day. So, I sat at the tables set up on the sidewalk (aka patio seating), watched vitamin D deficient Minnesotans enjoy their farm raised walleye from Canada at a restaurant owned by a Chinese national. Doesn't get more American than this. Kinda like how a burrito in Minneapolis is made by a Mexican and a burrito at Cancun is made by a white dude. It makes full circle and makes sense.
