(This is a serious post)
I have an employee that has an exceedingly annoying characteristic--she stands way too close to others. All day she will be standing in too close of proximity right behind me, beside me, or in my face when I'm talking. She'll constantly look over my shoulder when I'm doing something at a computer. It drives me insane. I will go back in my office for the sole purpose of getting away from her. Moments later she will come down and sit right next to me. Even if I make it clear I'm busy, she'll come sit down, not talk, and create an awkward silence. Whenever I try to get away from her, she follows...there is no safe place at work to hide. AGAIN IT DRIVES ME FUCKING INSANE. And I thought it was just me, but everyone at work feels the same way (she does the same to them).
I bring this up not to complain, but to see if there is any logical explanation like a disorder of some sort. Because I don't want to hate her as much as I do. I want a reason so I can feel bad and be able to understand.
