I don't like rice milk...it is too sweet and soy milk leaves a very bad after taste. I want to try almond milk but I haven't been able to find it and I don't drink milk often enough to need a substitute for it. I just get 1% the few times a month I need it.

Flip's turning me on. If he starts chasing his penis around the room again, I may have to retreat to the little room for 25 seconds.

How's almond milk? I love almonds, so this kinda caught my attention.
It's delicious.

I've never had a bad after-taste from soy milk. Perhaps you should try a different brand.

but yes, if you find rice milk to be too sweet I would definately recommend almond milk or oat milk.

I dislike milk, have since I was a little kid. You should just give up eating cereal all together Ill, that shit is packed with carbs. Whole wheat cereal is better but its still not the greatest. You should really only be eating 2 or 3 servings of grains per day, if that. I don't know how it is in Austrailia, but I know here in Canada if you follow the Canadian food guide your almost guaranteed to end up with diabetes because of the amount of carbs in that diet.

Besides soy, rice, almond, and oat milks, there’s also Brazil-nut milk, cashew milk, macadamia milk, and hemp milk. Hemp milk is kind of new, but it’s really good. The hemp is grown in Canada, where’s it’s legal. Good in omega-3 oils. It’s hard to find the other nut milks commercially outside specialty stores, but you can easily make them yourself, as I do. All you need is a blender, raw nuts of choice, cheesecloth, and water. You can add coconut milk or oil to them for creamier taste. There’s all kinds of good recipes out there for them, plus, you can mix and match nuts to your taste.

Keco- As Casey said, all soy milk brands taste somewhat different, so if you don't like one try another. It’s also worth looking for almond milk because the taste is addictive, to me at least

Jeremy- Milk 3 times a day is a lot. I use soy milk with protein powder. Since the powder has its own flavor, chocolate or whatever, even if you don’t like the taste of soy, it doesn’t matter. Try it.

However, if you’re going to use soy milk, get the ones that say organic on them. 90% of soybeans are now genetically modified Monsanto shit that is potentially very bad for us. Big Agribusiness manages to ruin everything sooner or later. You can also easily make soy milk yourself.

Another idea most people haven’t considered is why do you need any kind of milk? Because the food industry addicted us to dairy milk and sugary cereals as children? We really shouldn’t be eating any kind of cereals, and we shouldn’t be drinking liquids while we eat solid food. Except for a sip or two during meals if you need to, drink a half hour before or after a meal. Liquids hold up digestion if eaten with meals and most foods have enough water in them. You will not choke. Chew properly and you won’t need it. I never drink with meals and don’t give it a second thought. I also rarely burp.

nut milk recipe:
1 cup raw almonds (or other nut), soaked at least 4 hours
3 cups filtered water
add whatever you want: coconut milk/oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup

1. In a high-speed blender blend the nuts and water for about 2 minutes until the nuts are completely blended.
2. Strain the mix through multiple layers of cheesecloth in a colander two times.

I only use 6 oz of milk per shake. We are looking at 18 oz total a day. Is that too much?
