You guys know whey protein is a by product of cheese production right? You know...cheese...a milk product. Clearly whoever uses whey protein is supporting the tyrannical dairy mongers who have been poisoning us for a hundred years. (I personally love milk, but of course I also love meat so whatever)

We really shouldn’t be eating any kind of cereals, and we shouldn’t be drinking liquids while we eat solid food. Except for a sip or two during meals if you need to, drink a half hour before or after a meal. Liquids hold up digestion if eaten with meals and most foods have enough water in them. You will not choke. Chew properly and you won’t need it. I never drink with meals and don’t give it a second thought. I also rarely burp.
Interesting you mention.

I've gotten into the bad habit of always having to drink something with my meals. This goes back to when I was really young. It wasn't milk because I hated milk up to like age 13, but juice and usually water. I noticed that I could never eat as much because of the amount of liquid I drank but I couldn't not drink anything during the meal because it just felt too dry and I felt too thirsty. You say you will not choke and that's true but it's more about the habit you create and it's hard to get rid of.

anyway, probably why I have trouble gaining weight...also there's the high metabolism factor.

Truth.

I hardly drink milk now, as I kid I was always drinking it, but after a certain age I stopped (not completely, but drastically) I still eat ice cream and cheese, but having an actual glass of milk, rarely. Unless it's with chocolate chip cookies. :)2

Soy milk taste disgusting, like seriously, I don't know how any one could say they enjoy it more than cows milk. But I do like rice and oat milk, they taste all right.

keep preaching about what we consume.

and smoke another cigarette while your at it :D
Eh, he's right about cows milk. It is bad for you. See our body has amazing adaptive and regenertive powers, which is why you don't truely feel the effects of bad diet and poor lifestyle until you're 50 or 60+. I know you live a healthy lifestyle so this doesn't really apply to you I guess. Its like everything else, in small doses it won't hurt but if you over consume it your gonna be looking at problems somewhere down the road.
