Why not? It's not like vegetarians just disagree out of principle.
And why exactly is it bullshit?

There is no "okay" in the animal world, there is no right or wrong. And carnivores serve a necessary purpose. I don't have a minimum intelligence requirement to respect something.

Best argument ever: animals do it so you can too! :D

Also when an animal kills it's usually for food, defense or a mistake. Only humans kill because they'd rather have meat than something vegetarian. So even if it made sense to compare humans with other animals it's still not valid since the reasons for killing are usually different. I have absolutely no problem with (for example) Amazonian tribes that eat meat because they have no alternatives and they live 'with' nature, not above it. They eat meat for survival, not simply enjoyment.
I eat food to survive, enjoying it is just a bonus. I admit I enjoy eating vegetables and I hate people who refuse to eat vegetables, but I eat meat the same way. Food is food.

Are you implying that as humans, we are no different from animals?
Depends on how you mean it. We are more intelligent than any other animal yes but besides that I say we're the same. We are animals afterall.

because they're not humans
I know we all feel like we're more important than animals but you need to come up with some actual arguments.

I think a shit-eating fly has just as much right to live as I do. If I had to choose between a fly and a person I'd go with the person though because I feel like a person has far more to lose (a good 40 seconds and 100 years + the ability to consciously appreciate life and know it will end) but that's choosing the lesser of two evils to me.

I believe in equality of people even though we weren't all created equal so that carries on towards all life-forms. I don't see intelligence/consciousness as a measure of worthiness of life. And even if you do you can argue that chimpanzees are more intelligent than babies/severely mentally disabled people/comatose people/Preach etc.

(Either God created us and we're all God's creatures blabla so you shouldn't kill jack shit unless God directly tells you to OR) We were created by accident through evolution. So because we were lucky enough to evolve the way we did we have more right to live? Again the discussion of disabled people comes up. They weren't lucky enough to evolve to a "proper" human being so are we allowed to end their life?

Also what if we encountered aliens that were just as intelligent as us? They're not human either. Would we be allowed to kill them and harvest their organs for beer money? Or would the argument be "They're not human/gobloxers"?

What if they were far more intelligent than us? In a Corky meets Albert Einstein kind of way. Would they have shitting rights on us?

To your first point, that's completely irrelevant. And no, most of them wouldn't as it is FARMLAND. Farmers don't know how to sell of their land for industrial use.

As for your second point.....well.....you got schooled by Jokerman.
First point is they wouldn't use the same land to produce food for another country. We are too selfish for that.
Second point was more directed at your attempt to say if you eat meat your contributing to "starving" people's death, not your own. Although those studies looked to be pointing out excessive meat eating they didn't say don't eat meat at all. There is no limit to things that cause cancer etc, in excess anything is bad for you.
