Made the decision to see
Cloverfield since that movie probably wouldn't be that interesting to see at home while it wouldn't matter for NCFOM. I'm sorry roaches.
CF was pretty nice. I was expecting a little more but I wasn't disappointed in the end (except for the fact that it was pretty short). It's the simple "monster destroys a city" scenario but done right for a change. Not a great movie but good enough. It's nice to walk out of the cinema and not feel robbed.
EDIT: I had read on wikipedia that the way the movie was shot made some people puke. And yes! There was a seat covered in some kind of plastic and barricaded by those pole thingies with rope they use at the cinema (I'm tired). We kept hoping we'd hear someone puke during a silent part of the movie but no luck
