any runners in here?
i am serious about taking up jogging as an activity, at least 3-4 days a week.
something i did a lot of recently during my week off from work, when i realised i could run a mile in under ten minutes. i am am looking to increase my stamina even more and even contemplating entering into local/national running events in the near future, which is particularly an incentive for me to keep running and to build up stamina.
i did sponsored walks while in high school and was competative at 9km walks i would run them instead, just to finish first in my form class and get to go home early
