People who hate on Militant for living the dream they can't.
:D :thumb:

Nobody dislikes milly because he is a musician or lives the dream of being in a Pakistani band (i dream of it every night, wet dreams to be exact) but because he is a vegetarian. Thats against the human nature. How dare you, sir. How fucking dare you.
My god. Did you just call me Pakistani? I'm INDIAN. I.N.D.I.A.N. We hate Pakistani's (well not me personally but we are in a nuclear war stand-off with them over Kashmir). Don't ever call an Indian a Pakistani. That's like calling a Canadian person American.

Which reminds me, the other day someone asked my wife if she was Canadian. She came home and asked me why people think she's Canadian. I said it's because if they ask a Canadian if they are American, they get offended. If you ask an American if they are Canadian they don't care one way or the other.

Anyhoo, back to the point..........................

I got nothing.

Preach annoys me because he is analyzing everything just to sound smart but in reality he is fat.
I don't get this. I like to think. My head is always full of thoughts and I can't stop it, so I choose to use the thoughts for something useful. Unfortunately I can't use them to blow my head up once and for all or I'd have done that long ago.

But really. I don't get this. I think people are jumping on bandwagons with me. First I was the crazy stonar who never made sense. Then I'm the analytic who always tries to come off as smart.

I really don't get it. I post what I think and I can't help what I think.

I'll get to making a list of things that annoy me at a later time. :)

this reminds me of not knowing how to address a colored person, and that leading to awkwardness.

in all honesty, you can't expect anyone not from your region to know. sure, if they don't they're idiots and should learn some world history etc etc. i've personally seen videos of the pakistani/indian border with all the routines they got like standing up with guns a few hundred meters from each other and just like having a power struggle sort of thing going on and all that stuff. the salutes, the flags. however, in the heat of a moment it's not something i keep in the back of my mind. i simply do not care as it affects me in no way what so how. i am very aware, though, that i am not swedish and would probably think something along the same lines as you if someone thought me to be swedish. granted, we're not at war with each other, but you shouldn't automatically assume people know stuff like that. for example, to me the whole thing is fucking stupid. so he called you pakistanian. it's not like the people in the two countries look so much different that the notion is preposterous for someone without inside knowledge to suggest it.

at the same time i really see your point, really. the american/canadian example is great because it's about pride really. you should learn to swallow it some times though ;p not because you're wrong, but because if i know you right you wouldn't mind being the bigger person every now and again :)

Just like how you can't measure affection or appreciation in numbers, neither can you a person's brilliance within a given field that involves more than, well, just numbers.

SicC pre-implied that for jumping to this conclusion based on a statistical chart rather than observation and your own speculation, you know nothing of the sport.

He laid the bait out and you just took it. Nice one SicC.
Lol, I trained for 4 years with British Feather Weight Champion Gary De Roux and my dad is an ABA official. Any how, you can not define some one as being the "best" at something without looking at statistic. Ali maybe the greatest boxer ever, but he was not the best.

"Colored" is very out-dated and can even be said to be a racist term at the moment. "Blacks" is okay, though.

As for keco, I'm surprised I don't annoy her. I mean, I know I do, she didn't mention it though.

^LOL. I know, huh, you totally have Dominican written all over you.
Well, other Dominicans can usually tell. Actually most Black/Latino people rather they're Dominican or not can tell that I am not American. It's just usually people who are way to self absorbed to care who call me American, or people who think they're above just asking.

I don't think it's fair of you to say that. I would never think you're Dominican for I have never met a Dominican here. You can't expect that much of people. I can't expect people to think I'm not Russian; hell, I can't expect people to think I'm not American.

It's not about being self-absorbed, it's because of a lack of cultural awareness, to an extent. You can't learn in school what a "Dominican" looks like. You were thought of as African-American on this board for a long time until you stated a couple of times that you're not.
