check the ingredients in ur food and stay away from sugar (when u can, try to sweeten things with agave nectar, its low GI), enriched flour, bleached flour, any hydrogenated oil, and high fructose corn syrup.
eat fresh, organic produce, its better than food with preservatives, drink water, put a packet of emergen-c in it to get electrolytes, walk 30 minutes a day and lift weights, watch your sodium intake
substitute unhealthy foods with good alternatives. like if ur craving salty stuff, instead of eating a bag of chips, eat natural peanut butter like laura scudders traditional peanut butter on light rye crackers. its so good
