TV vs Computer

Which one is more valuable to you? How much time do you spend on one vs the other?

To me, my computer is much more important. I was thinking about this and I realized that I probably average about a half hour a day in front of the TV on days that I have to work while I spend at least 3 hours on my computer on workdays.

On days off from work, I might spend an hour or a little more in front of the TV but I'll spend like 6 hours on my computer. I can't live without the internet.

Computer. I don't watch many TV programs. With computers, whether it be for information, education or entertainment, I have the choice of choosing when and where, and it's fast paced... isn't hopping from link to link on wiki the greatest thing since sliced bread? The only reason for me to use a TV is to have bigger and better display.

I really wish Discovery had more class - like don't buy a $4.99 Oriental Music Collection CD and use a traditional Chinese music for a bit on Japan. And whats with the translator's accent? I know I know, it sounds more authentic that way but that's definitely a non-Asian accent. Am I too picky?

Same here, but I also watch discovery channels and travel&adventure.
i'm not too big on the travel channels, i like to travel but it doesn't matter where i go so long as it's bigger than where i came from.

discovery, animal planet and national geographic though. :thumb:
