I thought VIPs could do everything most other boards let their free users do. Which means basically anything but access to a "special" section for VIPs only.

Who knows?

Okay well until the day that Prince can walk on water or do all the cool things that Jesus could do, would you please give it a rest and stop extolling all his virtues like he is a damn saint.
Jesus is a made up fictional character and can therefore lick my ass. Fuck him.

"The Funk Bible" aka Prince's "Black Album" >>>>>> any other Bible.

You've REALLY been doing your research huh?

Well, apparently you didn't dig deep enough, because that song WAS WRITTEN FOR Chaka Khan - who is a WOMAN and was therefore written from a FEMALE perspective. Prince's version was his demo that was illegally leaked teaching her how to sing it.

There's also a leaked Ne-Yo song singing from a female perspective, a song he wrote for Janet. I guess he's gay too huh? I've written most of what our female singer sings on our new album, and some of it is from an obviously female perspective depending on the song. I guess all male songwriters who have at some point written a song for a woman must be gay. Yeah, that must be it. *rolls eyes*.

lol you're such a fucking lame. Why do you take everything so serious. By the way I knew the song before hand and did not have to google it...I knew what I was talking about, just having fun with it

It's a good song. You have that Chaka album? "Come 2 My House"? Fucking great album. Allmusic describe it as "Criminally overlooked" which I agree with. It just sort of slipped under the radar for some reason, but I like it better than a lot of Chaka's other albums that are more well known.

Nice. What else is in there? Your mom sounds like she has good taste.

I have a bunch of everything really. My mom was really into motown.. Tatooine, Wind & Fire, James brown, and shit like that as well. My dad was always into Isaac Hayes, Miles Davis, Fela Kuti, Coltrane, a lot of really great artists. Naturally I dug the records and explored on my own and listen to a lot of random shit, old new whatever. My older brother got me into rap when I was a young'n like 6 years old so I've been collectin rap records forever, and break records. My record collection is pretty vast, it's not impressive when you look at some collectors but it's respectable. My Aunt was even married to the drummer of Pantera at one point, and my Uncle managed a band named Torque who was similar to Pantera, they were pretty big overseas...I grew up listening to a wide range of everything, so my record collection matches that. I imagine you'd collect a lot as well right?
