telling someone not to drink and drive is like telling someone not to fuck without a condom on.

If the girl or guy ask to fuck without a condom its a mutual choice but if a drunk driver is on the road he didn't fucking ask me if he could swerve around the street and kill me.

honestly, i would never wish ill on anyone or their families, but i wonder if a driver who has only had a couple of drinks and who "isn't drunk" plows down one of your loved ones, i really wonder if you'd feel the same way.
do you want to know the real reason why people get so upset and preachy towards drunk drivers? because they are the most selfish people on the planet. they don't stop to think about what could happen if they did hit someone, they just say, fuck it, i can drive. and when they are sitting in jail for vehicular manslaughter (although as far as i'm concerned, killing someone while drunk should be first degree murder, since you made the choice to drive) they have plenty of time to think about how their stupid, selfish decision ended up costing someone else their life. so maybe he does need a lecture, maybe he does need to smarten up, and maybe you are making yourself look really bad by continually defending his actions. sure he didn't kill anyone... this time. what about the next?
