Now, I know i dont post too often since i've been home but I'm going through life...

But heres the real. I have not enjoyed Life as an Adult.

I am 23, caught my first and only felony at 19 and It just happened to go federal... and before that i was involved in the shyt that got me the felony...i actually was arrested 4 years ago yesterday...

i haven't partied much, i haven't been to vegas.. shyt i still havent bought a bottle of liquor legally...I have yet to have a credit card and fuck up my credit (unless someone did it for me).. i have never held a job longer than 9 months or any other adult thing

The only thing i have done since turning 18 is sell dope and go to prison...thats 5years of unproductive activities.

Now this is a board full of fucking losers (LOL JUST PLAYING) ... holla at me...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IN THE LAST 5 YEARS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AROUND MY AGE

I went to college, got a degree, and am still in the job I was in before I went. So, I'm in the same place, with £20,000 debt. Nice.

I've pretty much wasted my life since I was 18. A few year back I made a promise to myself. By the time I was 25 I would have quit smoking weed, quit smoking cigs and invest my life in working hard and making something of myself. I realised recently that i'm 25 soon and even though its a month away, its gonna come around pretty quick. I released that I couldn't carry on living the way I had been. I'm so glad I made that promise, because I'm acting on it. In the last 2 days, I made more commision at work than I do in a month. I focused on what I needed to survive and went for it. I really wish that I had released this earlier though. My head was getting pretty fucked up.

right now.. its crazy i guess.. when you are in prison you can be so dedicated to working out, reading, really sticking to a program that works for you... but in the real world.. all those plans you made dont always go the way you want... i didnt think shyt such as the economy would be this bad...

although i can say i did put together a blueprint for my self... 2 yrs and beyond... i just have to get started...

i feel plenty different tho over all.. mentally and physically (anyone who seen my pics know i am a fat boy... keco holla at me u said u like big gut lovin when you wrote me :-p) .. but nah.. lost alot of weight put some muscle on.. its good...read up and learned alot of things so i feel i should be able to do thing legally the right way and get things the things i need and want

Froggy, I firmly believe that one creates their own luck simply by being observant to the opportunities around them. People often say I'm 'lucky', but really I'm not, I just take opportunities and work my ass off when I get a good one.

So, last five years. It's funny, exactly five years ago I wasn't in a great position either. I was selling weed, didn't have any one place in particular to call home....I copped a case, only spent a few days in jail, but because the person I attacked was someone I lived with at the time, a family member not by blood but by marriage, I couldn't live there any more and had to start fresh.

I went to the west coast of the states for 3 months to stay with a cousin and sort of discovered my focus and my drive, so when I got back to the UK, I started working with one of my cousins on an album that would later develop into the band that we are still in today, and doing very well with. We released it independantly and toured with it for a year when we were offered a major label deal with Sony. We re-released a new version of that album with Sony and went on a world tour, highlights of which included headlining an MTV Awards show, and going on tour with the Beastie Boys. Went back to the west coast about a year after the previous time, and met my future wife. Went back to the UK and we began working on the next album, left Sony because they were morons and signed with Virgin Records which merged with EMI a few weeks later.

While working on the new album I got the opportunity to go to LA with the BBC and make a documentary about 'Pac, I met and interviewed a lot of real cool folks, some of which I'm still tight with......I was particularly tight with Johnny J up until he passed away a few months ago. I got married in Vegas around the same time, me and my wife have been married for 2 and a half years now.

Anyway, we released that album in mid 2007 and it did really well, went on another world tour, had a song in a Mary Kate and Ashley movie and a EA Sports video game, scored a bunch of endorsements like Puma and T-Mobile Sidekick.....now we have a new album in the writing stages and a greatest hits compilation coming out, and I get messages from ex-girlfriends online saying "I can't believe you're 21 and have a greatest hits compilation coming out". I live good off the royalty checks I get from radio/TV play/ringtone sales etc, and of course tour money (aint no money in CD sales any more really, not after the label recoups anyway).

That's the short version anyway lol. Basically I think once you find your focus, it doesn't take long to turn your life around. Find something that you enjoy that you can make a long time career out of, work your ass off at it for five years and I guarantee you'll be happier with your standing in life at the end of those five years. Maybe set goals and milestones to achieve over a certain period of time. You might surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

Moved to Dallas, got a new job about a year after I got to Dallas and have been working there ever since.

I don't spend a lot of time partying, got real life issues to handle, I buy alcohol weekly, believe me when I say you are not missing anything there. I stopped writing pretty much all together in the last 5 years.

I don't bother to speak with to many people on this site like I use to, most are fucking idiots who think they know something.

I see my son quite a bit even though I live in a different state, I fly home 3 to 4 times a year and he comes to see me in the summers.

Also I am going to the All-Star game. Working on getting a house atm, other than that all I do is work and sleep.

Hi! Do you even remember me? I'm sure we were the last things on your mind in prison. I used to post on here as Ellie. I remember your 12,000 post shoutout thread. You were a bit sad you weren't my top sex kitten, but you were a close second.

I did hear about what happened to you and I was just talking about you to Chronic the other day. And I'm so so happy to hear that you're out of there. And I hope that you can score a break in this rough economic climate. Good luck, really.

Froggy. Im glad to see you are out. Good luck with life man if there's anything you need dont hesitate to reach out to me or the community on here Im sure they will do all they can to help.

Ive done a lot in the last five years. I decided I dont want to work 9 to 5 or for anyone else ever again so I quit. I ran a night club. I toured with DMX, I toured with Ying Yang Twins. I released a single that got pretty big down here in the urban circle. Ive moved to Melbourne, got my own place. Im working on music and will finally this year release some projects since having linked up with Tha Outlawz and been signed to Outlaw Recordz Australia, went on tour with them and got to know them pretty well too, they are actually great guys, as was DMX. I do what I want to do and when I want to do it. It was hard, a struggle and a hustle but worth it. I am my own man and my own boss, and even though things are first seem overwhelming once you get the ball rolling on life it snowballs and things get bigger and better.

And to be honest that was all really done in the last two years. Before that I was stuck in a stagnant job, relationship, environment, and dealing with people equally as stagnant. I shook all of that off, and all of those programed in preconceptions of what I needed or wanted, and now I am happier than ever. Im still friends with those who were positive influences but a lot of people got cut off. Thats one thing I would suggest to you, reevaluate your friendships and relationships. Are you there because you want to be or because it is comfortable? Since building my own positive foundation Ive found a great girl and she becomes part of the equation of success I am building because she admires it and supports it and even participates in it. Surrounding yourself with the right positive people is a must, especially if you are starting fresh like you are Froggy.

So my advice to you is to just go out there and do something, no matter how small, but something you can improve and make bigger, and just keep it moving and surround yourself with positive people.
