the coolest company ever. They have "tasting parties" where everyone gets drunk. Everyone has alcohol everywhere. They past out bottles of stuff on random fridays and we're on Summer Hours to keep up with our European offices that don't work a full friday so on Fridays I work from 7-11AM! Woo!

P.S.
I don't drink much so none of this is too exciting for me however it does make the bosses a lot more mellow.

I love my job.

:D

Beam Global Spirits and Wine.

They have an office right outside of Chicago, a few others in the States, then in Horsham, Glasglow, Madrid, somewhere in France, Germany, I think Australia, Canada, etc, etc. I enjoy speaking to ppl with so many wonderful accents :) LOL

I used to work in a bank and I hated it. The hours were terrible, I was at work all day, 9-6 is the entire day, fight an hour of traffic to get home.. it sucked. :(

Thats good trish, but while i get a month holdiays every year you only get 2 weeks.:D
Tell me about it, the more I talk to co-workers from around the globe who come into our office the more determined I am to eventually move to Europe. We work waaay to much in the states. Everyone here is scared of their own sexuality. And i'm all set. I don't want my life to be my work, I'd like to enjoy them both equally.

I beat you. My job lets me sit on my ass while I receive pay. No, really, it's not like I have tasks I should have done that I don't do because no one would notice. My job right now is to sit at home. And yet a privately owned company pays me money to do this. I assure you, life is truly great. And by sitting on my ass, I don't mean posting news or blogging, or doing some home assignment-like job that's so comfortable to do that I consider it sitting on my ass. Sitting on my ass means playing PS3, going fishing, playing football, watching a movie or having friends over, as I see fit.

I used to have a job like this. It was called unemployment insurance and not going to school. I would've kept the job but those cheap bastards didn't pay well.

LOL, yeah... I tried something similar I was self employed without strong deadlines, only had to go in like once every two weeks to the office. I was bored shitless. It sucks, lol. And I was lonely, all of my friends work and go to school, no one to have over... :(

I was actually just lucky. My old boss fired me for no reason, which is illegal. I'm a humble dude in reality so I guess he never thought I'd take action, but I did. Now I get paid for a while to keep me quiet. :)
