if possible, im high everyday, have been like this for the last 5 years and i was smoking occasionlly 6 years before that. I have a pretty good job and recent test shows my IQ has increased. The key is to pace your smoking and never smoke before or during work.
Thats cool, there's exceptions to everything. I'm just speaking from personal experience and pot heads i've met.

I think it definitely depends on the individual. For example I smoked for over a year straight, it effected me to the point I felt different to my normal self I eventually stopped for a few weeks then smoke a lil more till eventually I completely stopped. A friend of mine smoked for possibly the same amount of time as I did is now spending his days in a mental hospital.

I know the type of person you mean. People who spend their lives smoking weed and doing nothing. They piss me off because they smoke so much that they don't get high any more, so they smoke more. Its a waste of life and a fucking waste of money. my brother is one of those people, I can survive on 3.5g a week if im smoking on my own, he smokes 14g-28g a week depending on how much money he has, I just don't understand why he wants to waste his life and money this way. I like to spend my money on material things, I get more of a buzz out of that than i do from any hit of weed. I'd rather go out and buy some new clothes, games, dvds etc and a little bit of weed, where he goes to his shit job high, comes home and slobs around high doing nothing with his live and then moans he has nothing to do or has no money to buy shit.

I think people who are in a bad place mentally should stay away from weed for sure. It's not harmless for everyone.

Never said it was. That was the point of me saying I smoked for the same amount of time and I'm not crazy. But the point is nobody really knows if they will fall down that path until it happens and to be careful. Its different for everybody.
