^its a windows update thing. It restarts the computer to install updates when the computer is idle.

No, it wont restart with out confirmation. It will keep asking to restart, but it wont do without your go ahead, I think some one came in your room and fucked about.

Thats the funny thing. Nobody was on my computer. Nobody was even in my room.

I might have a hacker snooping in on my computer lol!

If i ever start acting weird on the forums or post news about gay porn then you should know i was hacked :-(

you are so gay.... word usually makes a recovery back up copy in case the power goes out or some other retarded thing happens

and you dont have a hacker, cuz if you did, he would prevent you from dling the updates... he wouldnt click ok since generally most windows update files have "prevents unauthorized acces to your computer" as the description...so the hacker woulda been locked out had the downloads been installed

and i sometimes suffer from this problem, which is why you change the options to only install the updates when you manually do so... that way that window doesnt pop up with the 5 minutes countdown til restart

^the hacker thing was a joke. You can slowly move your head out of your ass.

As for word. I wasnt using word to write it. I was writing it in Firefox.

I usually have windows updates set to manual but last time i updated i changed the option i believe and forgot to set it back. Oh well its all good. I was lucky the article for some reason didnt delete.

GOOOD NEWS! My ARTICLE IS STILL SOMEHOW THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!

Bad news no more fugees reunion :-(.
Ya it normally saves anything you are doing when it does live update restarts.

Also u can change ur settings for updates to ask you to shut the computer down. I have mine that way so it doesnt re boot when im doing something it asks me first.

But if you do not change it will automatically restart.

Which version of Firefox are you using because the latest one recovers everything you were doing if your computer crashes.Im nearly sure it would have restored the website you were on and everything you had typed. My computer is always crashing. The drivers for my Router are causing a conflict but i cant fix it.

it did if you read a bit further

Also, to fix your router problem;
1) Unplug your usb cable
2) use an ethernet cable

My computer is old(got it in 2001).It doesnt have an ethernet slot.I have to use a USB Ethernet adapter. Its actually the Belkin USB Adapter that is causing the problems.Im getting a new PC soon anyway.
