everytime i switched to a new page or window i get the spinning firefox logo i had installed into the Stylish add on and the screen would just stay on the logo, even when i went to edit one of my posts it did the same.

deleted the spinning logo add-on now hopefully it has fixed it

Not for me. I don't add silly add ons to my browser though.

I switch between Chrome and Firefox. Chrome always works better but Firefox looks so sexy. :wondering:

Speaking of Firefox... I can't find a popup blocker built only as an add-on for Firefox. Get me one. Now.

Thanks.

ive switched over to chrome and its great to use.

it would be better if i had a proper mouse on this laptop, not the touchpad.

the thing is i know what is causing the problem on my browser. a couple of days before i noticed anything was wrong i got a message from mozilla that a certain add on had been known to cause problems with the browser. but, i ignore a lot of automated messages and updates unless they are essential.

my touchpad malfunctioned once and i bought a mouse that connects directly to the USB port, bingo

^^ im considering buying one of them cute little tiny mini mice that have a retractable usb cable. but i'll soon be getting my pc repaired and upgraded, by which at that time i'll have done everything i wanted with it and be back using that as my main computer for entertainment purposes.
