I have a concussion. I've had one once before. The first time I lost conciousness but I felt better after 2-3 days. This time I didn't lose conciousness and I have the worst headache of my life for the past 4 days...it hasn't went away. Around my temple/ears. The inside of my ears hurt.

I have some confusion...especially with words...speaking and typing. I've used spell check 3 times already typing this. :eek:h:

A doctor would not be able to do very much...right?

See the doc NOW and get a CT scan.

My little bro got hid in the head twice about a month ago while playing rugby and he developed a stutter which still hasnt 100% gone.. he has to go to speech therapy to get it sorted out.

What happened? If you are having headaches it indicates swelling or bruising and you should definitely get it checked.
Sometimes people feel sleepy all the time and when you take a nap you can fall into a coma

How the hell did you get concussion?
The first time was during an earth quake. I'd rather not talk about the circumstances this time

I am sleepy. I sleep really heavy but I wake up ok. I think I'll just go because I feel really bad. I feel really nauseous and I keep gagging from certain smells.

I'm sorry. I didn't know the headboard was RIGHT there!

Just kidding.

Really, you need to get checked. Once you get a concussion you're more than likely to keep getting them more easily, and the more you get the worse the damage is.

Good luck.

You definitely should go get a CT scan done. There could be many complications from this that you can't visibly see until it's too late. Can't take risks with the brain.

And don't drive.

Yeah definitely go see a doctor. I think for most people the treatment is time and rest but you shouldn't take the risk.

And for in the future:

Any of those would look great on you.

Like the others said, get yo' head checked (ehehehe), it's not worth the risk ignoring it.

You can be the board's "special kid".

I hope you fuck that bitch up who did it to you.

Also, you should maybe see a doctor... Concussions sometimes lead to far greater problems. It is your brain hitting your skull at a fast speed... So, don't mess around with that.

Hope you feel better though, I know how it feels to have long headaches. I used to get migranes that would last 2-3 days when I was younger. It's hell.

Did you get into a fight?

Defo get it looked at ASAP. You can't take any risks when it comes to the brain.

Go see a doctor. Guy I used to play hockey with was out one night, got punched in the head and instantly knocked out, when he was falling down he hit his head. His brain swelled up in the frontal lobe area (i think) and they had to put him into an induced coma to save his life. Now he can't walk.

You don't want something like that happening.

The last time I had to get staples put in my head...this time was nothing like that. I keep going back and forth...the guys at work say not to worry about it but I'm just scared bc I keep getting confused about simple tasks I do everyday. When it happened ppl were asking me if I was ok and I said "I dont know"

I will probably go tonight when I get off work.

Those are definitely signs that something is wrong. A concussion can be a very serious injury, so you really do need to go get checked asap.

I agree with everyone.. you should go to the doctor.. like SiGh suggested maybe just go now. I'd hate for it to be something serious and those crucial moments are being wasted :\ Hope everything turns out well!
