3. My INDIAN homie Jay Sean (who I've known for years and played many shows with) just had a Billboard number one with his song Down featuring Lil Wayne. So suck it. In fact, we're on the same parent label in the US (he's on Cash Money/Universal, we're on Universal) and our A&R has told us that most of the support for Jay Sean (who sold a million records with that song) is coming from the Indian community in America. So again, you know nothing and your statements are not based in the real world.
4. Nobody in the real world will ever take you seriously if you cannot differentiate between "your" and "you're". You got it right the first two times and then stumbled! Almost there, maybe when your IQ reaches a fourth grade level you'll be able to figure it out!

We're lighter skinned, make better music/art/movies, better films, speak a different language, are more culturally diverse.....
The southerners have their own languages and culture that's completely different from ours.
When you see random ass videos of Indian's doing stupid retarded shit like that video that artisticgurl just posted, 99.9999% of the time it's the Southerners and they're not talking in Hindi or Punjabi, they're talking in Tamil or Telugu.
They really have very little to do with us culture wise, looks wise, etc. To say they're the same as us is like saying Egyptians are the same as Kenyans because both countries are in Africa.
Of course Africa is a continent and a bigger mass of land, but actually there's only 1billion people in the whole of Africa compared to 1.17billion in India.
Us Northeners, have a more mixed and far richer cultural ancestry. Many of our ancestors came from the Persian area (modern day Iran), which contrary to the fundamental Islam mess that it is now, was a very culturally diverse, progressive society back in the day.
The culture and people of that video that artisticgurl posted is as foreign to me, vg, Sandeep and thuggy as it is to any non-indian on this board, it's nothing to do with our culture.

Casey can probably give proper info but one dividing aspect is that they're different population groups. Southern Indians arrived in India well before the ones in the north did.

It's interesting to note that the northern Indians play a significant role in the theories that fueled white supremacy and the Nazi's idea of the 'Aryan race'. Historically the early northern Indians are known as Indo-Aryans.
