Who's got some holiday plans lined up?

I havent holidayed since I went through Asia last year, although I do fly like once a month minimum.

Ive been piecing together holiday plans for the near future. By Holiday I dont mean flying to visit family somewhere for Xmas or a working holiday. I mean a real get away switch the phone off and relax holiday.

So far I have:

Thailand in March '11 is set.
Gold Coast Australia is set for late October/early November '09.
And locking down dates for Los Angeles and Mexico mid '10 to see my sister and relax.

What about you guys? How often do you get the chance to just "get away?"

I pretty much get a chance never. My version of a "get away" is driving and listening to music lol. Most people get all road raged out when they drive but I'm all care free enjoying the music so whatever.

Next summer I'll be going to Hawaii with most of my family, Aunts uncles cousins included so that should be real tight. I'm gonna meet some Hawaiian family for the first time so that's another plus. It will be my first time leaving the continental US

ARon .. holidays = vacation.

I wont be holidaying any time soon, for the next 3 years atleast.. :( lucky I got to see Europe to tie me over, although I miss it..

Going to Sydney for my cousin's wedding so atleast that will be something.

My holidays are coming to an end. They were lazy - mountains, seaside, countryside.
It was really great though. I have no idea what I'll do in a month lol but I'm not the type of guy who likes to plan everything in advance.

DPG, hold your kidneys close to you.

I haven't had a real vacation in a while, but I do plan on going to Croatia next summer ... since it is World Cup time, I might also be going on a cruise ship that heads to Barbados and St Kitts. Always wanted to be on a cruise ship.

Nope, I know some people that have though. They said they had a great time, it's an impressive city. Just be wary of people trying to help out... lots of pickpocketing and thensome.

Enjoy Dracula's country lol

Are you going to Bucarest while going to Urziceni for the Unirea game.

I can't believe that a CL match is going to be played in a 7.000 seater....

Anyway, are you going to go to Sevilla and Stuttgart too?

As for myself, I was an exchange student in Denmark during fall 2008, so I had time to travel to Dublin, Edinbourg, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Trondheim, Hamburg, and so on.

I'm going to India on a business trip in June. Then I'll take two weeks off to go to Bosnia-H. if we make the World Cup. If not, I'm going to Australia and Tasmania.

I've been away for 2 months since End of May, three different travels. So it seems like I'm pretty much done for this year (maybe I can manage to get one more week or two, there are two places I should still go in 09) ... don't ask me about 2010, but I will travel, that's for sure.

No, a quiet, nice town near Wisla (A city called Wisla, not the river). That Polish ski jumper Adam Malysz lives there. He was good and thus popular back in the days.
It's a great place to relax since Zakopane is usually crowded.
