I just had a Blackberry Curve 8900, it had two different browsers I could use. The mobile service one, for me it was T-Mobile, and then one that had WAP on it so maybe you aren't seein it?

the blackberry i have has two different browsers also, one is the WiFi connection, so i guess it has a wireless modem/router built in

the other is the wap internet connection i have with Orange

it even has Firefox :D

i am aware of the globe logo shadows :)

turns out that i have to register my phone properly and subscribe to blackberry's own internet service, it's like blackberry having their own operating system or service provider. you got one too?

It is because the Blackberrys pull the data through Blackberry's own server which compresses it and optimizes it.

So you need to sign up with them fully, plus you get their email address and a PIN for the blackberry messenger which is awesome.

Im using the Blackberry Bold.

Does yours have the trackball or the new touchpad thing?

i read certain reviews about blackberry's having a trackball or a touchpad, the touchpad is named as an improvement on the trackball feature, the touchpad be sensitive though, i so not want it to break on my phone
