since about the age of 15 i have never been able to sleep properly. i get like 4-5 hours on a good night. since its been such a long time though i am use to it and feel no real side effects ie i am able to concentrate etc. its just one of those things if i lie in bed after that time nothing happens so i just read a book, watch tv or internet. even if i did alot of streneous exercise ie sex still 4 hours later i am up. thats when its a bitch when you have someone next to you or with their arm around you sleeping whilst i can't move and are therefore reduced to staring at the ceiling for the next 5-6 hours

Asthma is a chronic illness. Unless it's very mild asthma, it doesn't go away. You might not notice it, but it's still there.
Hmm I had asthma as a young child but it seems to have disappered as I haven't had an attack since I was about 6.

yes, i was born with (forgot the name) something to do with breathing also, when i was born i couldn't breath cause my nose was all clogged wih all this shit, and every night i couldn't sleep and my mom had to clear my nose every night. The doctor said surgery or wait until he's like 7 years old and it will go away, my mom said lets wait, it went away, but up to this day i have mad allergies, and i get sick very easily.

Do you drink much milk?

I know it may seem like a weird question, but I'm just wondering seeing as AnarchistFunk posted up a link about the effect of milk in another thread.

Yeah, that's all well & good, but if you think you can join in my lawsuit against M. Night Shymalan then you better stump up the money. I say we go 50/50 on the lawyer & we split what we get 60/40 (in my favour) since I came up with the idea.

Btw, I feel the urge to fight you just to let the world know that even Superheros have their disputes......

Seeing as other posts have been made, I just want to reiterate, & rephrase, my question for those of you who are lactose intolerant.

Did you ever drink much milk? (ie. before you found out you were lactose intolerant)

Me neither, but I still have asthma. It does tend to die down as you get older, but that doesn't mean it's gone.

If you haven't suffered from it since age 6 then it is possible you just had very mild asthma.

All you Mr. Glass characters!

Where's all the Superheros at?

There's myself & beReal but really, I'm looking for at least another three before we can be called a League

No, i don't drink milk. I use to drink milk all the time, but i would have diaherra and gas (made me miss a shitload of school though), i didn't know i was lactose intolerant till a few years ago when on TV it said that almost all asians are lactose intolerant, so i looked it up and I got the same symptoms. I stick with sweetened soy milk or lactose free milk

That sounds about right. AnarchistFunk posted up this link to a site that was 'exposing' the truth about the milk we drink - ie. cow's milk - & how it causes lactose intolerance. Shit was very logical & seemed valid.
