Hello Streehop community,
After hearing the new single which many have attested to make their "ears bleed," I felt it was necessary to further investigate the reason as to why Swizz Beatz was chosen to produce the first single. After many hours of searching Google and sifting through secondary resources at my local library, I have found the answer!!
You see, due to the philanthropic ideals maintained by Amaru Entertainment, Swizz just HAD to be chosen. While taking an afternoon stroll one fine, summer day in June 2005, Afeni Shakur encountered a struggling superstar in the making. After witnessing first hand this man's determination in creating the most beautiful bangs, claps, and toots she had ever heard, the decision was simple. Incorporate this man (see picture below) into the new 2Pac project with the hopes of jump-starting his career and providing another struggling artist with new opportunity.
Unfortunately after this picture was taken, Swizz lost one of his drumsticks. With Afeni gone and the legacy of Tupac Shakur in his hands, Swizz persevered and created what is now the new lead single. Despite having an already depleted choice of musical devices, Swizz utilized his incredible intellect and incorporated some ingenious improvisation in order to further enhance his instrumental. "I no sumthin wuz mizzin so I added sum tootzz yo!" Feeling somewhat bloated after consuming his $1.39 chili bowl from Wendy's, Swizz did just that. And the end result??? Simply, 'untouchable.' Swizz Beatz has since retired and is enjoying his new found fortune on transsexual Thai hookers.
