Why I can sell weed and get away with it!

Today a friend of mine at school was all like: "I shan't be able to do any work until I get that addie." And I was all like, wait I'm cutting up radishes BRB. And he was like I don't believe in radishes, I just believe in me. The dirty dread locked hippy down the hall wasn't answering her door, and so my friend told me I should sell drugs, he knows I'm looking for a job currently. I said of course that is a silly idea, besides I'm such a nice girl anyway no one would take me seriously. Then he reminded me that marijuana is now decriminalized in our state. And I was all like oh that's right! We just voted for that last fall.

I just have to remember to stay off the hard drugs, I know no one wants to see me get 20 years for heroin distribution.

It's been like that in Colorado for a while. One thing you are forgetting about is Federal Law, so you can't really get away with it.

If it is anything like in Australia it is not illegal to have weed, or even grow weed, but it still is illegal to transport or sell weed.

I think they should keep the sale of weed illegal, but allow the growth. If people could grow their own, they wouldn't need to buy and fund further crimes.

In the Netherlands it's legal to sell commercially but illegal to grow on a commercial basis.

if a state or country is gonna decriminalise a substance the least the government can do is educate peoples about possible dangers of the substance aswell
