Wherever U R’ recorded for the One Nation LP ?

Can someone confirm this? Really, I need to know… just going through my Makaveli series songs, and I wonder if this song with the east coast cat Big Daddy Kane was supposed to be on the One Nation project, like tracks with the Boot cam click. In this recent ‘fake’ news on Daz & DJ Quick being the next exec. producer of the last pac album it was also argues that ‘wherever U R’ would be on this one Nation album. SO what ya think ?? Has it been recorded before the whole one nation idea ???

Kane was to be on the One Nation so I'd suggest that this song would've been on it. Just a suggestion though, maybe Dante or someone can be more definate.

big daddy kane was supposed to sign with Death Row East when that was gonna start up and he just started working with them and they got this track with pac, not sure what album it was supposed to be on, probably big daddy kane's death row east album
