I've been curious about it, but I never really asked... the bootleg version that I bought many years ago was just the song, but the ones that hit the net a couple years later had the sound of a car engine starting up then driving away... who put that on? Just curious if someone knew.

I realize that about the untagged one; I said that that was the first version I had from the CD-R bootlegs from 1997 or 1998... I forget what year I got the CD. The tag from the mp3 wasn't Express though, Express's tags were different (coughing, "mothafuckin express," laugh from the Thriller music video, etc.)

ya he rips niggaz done changed much better than this song... that is one of my favorite tracks... i think big daddy kane outshines pac on this track...

everybody's entitled to an opinion, but hold up pac definetly outshines bdk on that track. lyrically bdk is probably better and then the flow, well pac got that fo sho.

I think the song is also known as so shot, but maybe thats just because pac says that at the end of his first verse.
