If I'm awake past midnight, I'll most likely refer to that day as tomorrow if I'm asking someone what they are doing later that day.

I pretty much agree with Prize Gotti. But sometimes it could be of just too much work or school, that i dont sleep for days.

A new day starts when I wake up in the morning. Usually I'm not asleep till 2 or 3 am and I refer to that time as the same day as before midnight.

edit: somehow I didn't notice most earlier posts.

I usually refer to 2am as the same day as it was at 11pm.

I only tend to say it's the next day once I wake up in the morning, or when the sun rises.

tomorrow starts when the sun rises like flip said. the dark is still considered night to me so anything that happens at 3am is still 'last night'
