I'll take the time to speak to those who abuse the gallery. I'm not saying you should tell everyone that they're beautiful, just keep all the negativeness to yourself. I guess this applies for the rest of the board too. I remember reading somebody's post about LilShortie. I think it was something like "Lilshortie is not cute by any means" ... shit man, that's a nice way of saying she's ugly. The girl is 14/15 years old. She's dealing with constant pressure from the world around her, she doesn't need your "honesty" or whatever you meant it to be. I just don't get how someone could shit on her face like that. LilShortie - don't worry. I think, in a perfectly legal way, you're a pretty girl.

I'll say it again. I'm not better than any of you. I'm probably a hypocrite when it comes to certain things but there are lines that I don't cross.

Salty i know you are a good guy but honestly i see the situation a bit differently.

If someone is a good person in real life then its moraly not right to tell him or her that shes ugly straight to his/her face, for no reason (even if no-one calls you ugly or something, you should be aware of the fact that there are people who think you are at best a decent looking person - they just dont tell you).

If you sign in to an internet board and decide to upload pictures of yourself, you are basically asking for feedback. Obviously there is the possibility that some people think you are not a good looking person. So, if you are not the most naive person in the world you should think about it before uploading the picture. In contrast to reality you can decide if you wanna show your look/appearance. - In any way, its a apart of growing up to deal with "problems", and if this problem is someone calling you ugly then thats it. Its not gonna kill you.

There is no sense in talking more about it, and that's probably the reason why it turned into the usual thread. I was thinking in a wider perspective, like the board as a whole. How Mark Deez is a common target for school yard bullying. He mentioned people leaving. Even the Admins have left. All of those things ties in with the LilShortie thing. I don't expect everyone to be good but if you're good "in real life", what changes you on the internet? Do we feel protected because it's just a computer screen? We all do, yeah, but I think it's just matter of how mature you are. People used to say this place was a community. If that's still true, then people should have certain amount of respect for one another. There are too many problems that people have deal with, that's why preventing things like bullying and rude comments on this board is a good idea.
