Word Is Bond, The Line From Against All Odds I Think Was More To Tut Than Bad Boy But Either Way W/ That History Its Funny How So Much Shit Is Connected Some Times And How Diferent Theories Go People Claim

I Wont Ever Get Over The
Fact That Southside Were Involved Both September 7, 1996 & March 8/9, 1997. Regardless Of Who Ever Responsible For The Shootings, They Were Tied & Makes It Evident The Mall /mgm Fights Were Tied W/ Bad Boy Also & If Some Claims From March 97 Are True Bad Fuckin Time For Biggie To Come To L.a. So Soon By Way Of Some Tracks On Life After Death He Definitely Knew Shit

Whether Or Not You Wanna Call It 'gang' Talk Doesnt Make It 'blood Talk
Pac Loved The Mob Talk

Money Over Bitches. Period

Whenever Pac Specifically Mentioned Blood Or Crip He Mentioned The Other Right W/ It From Before Death Row To On Death Row On Numerous Records Even Leading Up To The Last Month Of His Life And Then

"i'm Not No Dumb Ass Motherfucker, I Don't Bang For The Color Or The Land"

"it's All About The Dress Code, B's & C's" While Dressed Down Neutral

Yall Make Some Cracked Out Conclusions On Here

the Only Crime I've Been Convicted Of Is Fighting, Hitting Someone With My Fists

M-O-B., if you be specific... come on man its not like i want it.. i just call them how i see them.. listen man, MOB is spraypainted all over everything in my town and i dont think they mean money over bitches and i dont think its b/c some rapper said it...the town covers it up and its back in the same spot the next week. THEY ARE BLOODS...

What In The Fuck Does That Shit Matter Word Is Bond. Just Because 'some Rapper' Said It Aint That What The Fuck Were Discussing Over Here
What I meant by "some rapper" is to say the people that sprayed them signs weren't 2 be mistaken for say, a 2pac fan. I meant the reason for them doing it wasnt b/c they listen 2 2pac or any other one of the 100's of rappers that scream MONEY OVER BITCHES, they did it b/c they are bloods... No cracked Out conclusions here...I think 2pac used the afflation of just being inside a Deathrow building as a tool for more subject matter and street credibility. If anything these lyrics represent a liar if he was no banger. The bloods accepted 2pac's lie b/c well he was 2pac and what better spokesman then the rich rapper with thug life tattoo on his body. Let another person from the streets claim a set and not be a part of such set and that set will brutalize if not kill them... In real life i mean, not a rappers entourage...The homies do not reflect the rapper...

I'm screaming Death Row
Throwing Westside
Ain't no thang
We was raised off drive-by's
Brought up to bang
We claim mob
M-O-B., if you be specific
We control all cash from Atlantic-Pacific
It may seem like he's banging Blood but the last line clearly makes it known that he's talking about Money Over Bitchez hence the "We control all cash from Atlantic-Pacific"

all my road doggs
official mob figures
love to act up
He's putting his homies in the sense that they are like a mob figures (mafia members). Again not really a blood reference.

Haha.. bring artillery and ROLL with a nigga
They could never take the soul of a M.O.B. soldier nigga
Cowards get rolled up, mob on 'em Makaveli
Beginning pretty much says they can't take the soul of a soldier that goes under the Money Over Bitchez code. Second part he pretty much says He (Makaveli) mobs on niggaz which in this case mob means = blasts/beats down

M.O.B., 'til I die, when we ride niggaz disappear
Pretty much he's saying "Money Over Bitchez till i die, when they ride fools get blasted and dealt with"

Win or lose
Red or blue
We must all stay true
Play the game nigga
This line pretty much gives credit to the fact that Pac wasn't a blood, he's saying "whether you are crip or blood you gotta stay true and play the game instead of letting the game playing you. If he was a blood he wouldn't be trying to give advice to crips.

And stick a needle in my eye if I don't live and die for M. O. B.
I can see how this can be looked at as a blood reference but he's basically just saying "stick a need in his eye if the doesn't live for money over bitchez."

Who's that nigga in the G - ride screamin out
M. O. B. ! Nigga we ride
Again i can see how you can interpret this as a blood reference but he's basically saying he screaming MOB = Money Over Bitchez when he rides.

We be mobbin' through tha neighborhood
No blood reference here, he's just saying they are rolling through the hood.

Mob on to this new era, cause we Untouchable
Still can't believe that you got 'Pac rushin you
Again not a blood reference, he's saying he's rolling thru the new era because they are untouchable.

Makaveli for the Mob, M-O-B
Killin bustaz is my motherf**kin job, him or me
Makave for the Mob = Money Over Bitchez lifestyle

I'll mob on, why they copy me sloppily
He's saying he'll roll on anybody that copies him.

Love to squad plus your mob is sick
A bunch of adolescent niggaz spittin major shit
He's saying mob as in their "crew"

Labeled a Capo in the mob as big as the globe
To live and die as a millionaire
Again another mafia reference not blood. In the Mob = Mafia a capo is a boss.

get your mob on show em what a G like
Around the corner it's like Vegas,
Get your mob on basically means ride like a gangster and show them how a g does it.

when I deliver
Criminal lyrics
from a world wide mob figure
Thug niggas from everywhere Mr. Makaveli
He's basically calling himself a world wide mob figure = A straight up g and boss.

Thats a lot of gang talk for a non banger... This is clearly MEMBER OF BLOOD mob not the bitches...
Really none of those are blood references. Mob can just be used to mean alot of different things. Like i said i can see how people might think he is meaning blood but really he isn't.

EDIT: And somebody better rep me for this cause that took a while to write up! LOL

Thats because it's pretty basic wat he says. Anybody with any knowledge of "hood" talk would understand all those lines without really any explanation.

Living in Cali and growing up around all this gang shit and for some time being a gang member myself. I know the slang alot more than some of the people here on the site. The way i explained every line is literally wat they mean if you go by gang slang. One thing i should mention when a rapper is from a hood, the neighborhood will fuck him up if he doesn't represent the neighborhood in his songs. Hence why alot of rappers that ARE gang members throw up their set in their songs (ie; Boo Yaa Tribe, Mausberg, Quik, etc). You need to realize MOB can mean so many different things. And just another note, DeathRow wasn't really bloods. It was both CRIPS AND BLOODS! The only reason the label ended up being affiliated more with bloods was because Suge is blood. But it was The entire Dogg Pound, Crooked I, Big Syke, and a few others that were crips. Take it how you want, but i've never heard Pac rap a single line that literally meant he was a blood.

Yea I agree. Plus Suge and DJ Quik (who was barely on the label) were the only bloods on Deathrow. And I'm pretty sure Pac wouldn't kiss Suge's dat much just to gain street cred he already had.
