I love me some good, vegetarian red wine. It's good to drink it after you eat as well, because it breaks down fat in the food.

That's good, I would drink wine over any other boozy drink. The best part of the evening, when you've come home from a long days work, is having a glass of wine before bed time, and the sleep is always better for it.

Indeed. However, for me, I prefer having a can of red bull or two after downing a bottle so that I can properly party for the rest of the evening.

I don't drink much alcohol lately. For some strange reason I dislike it :sad2:
You're not alone. When I go out I hardly drink anymore. I don't know why. I used to drink a shitload, but nowadays, I just don't care as much.

Maybe explains why I'm more into wine now with a good meal or whatnot.

Jeremy spoke the truth.

At least go to hard liquor if you're off the beer. There's nothing wrong with *liking* a glass of wine. But not as get-crunk drink. That's just wrong.

straight spirits like vodka triple distilled, brandy and cognac VS/VSOP, i like to drink draught lager when i'm out round the town, wine is only acceptable in a fine dining restaurant setting

I only drink Rosé, I hate white and red wine, but Rosé hits the spot.
I had some 'Grey wine' not too long ago. Got a bottle from this vineyard in the Eastern Townships. It's 2 part white, 1 part red, and all flavour.

Prop the best bottle of wine I've ever had, else from the old school shit the elderly make in their basements. :D

Actually Im a Sommelier, I have a wine distribuction company here, and I give Wine Classes in my place, wich is pretty cool.

Wine is great in so many different levels, its healthy, its a really social drink, and you get to learn a lot of culture and history studying wine and its terroirs.
