Turntable Help

I just got my turntable in the mail used from ebay and I don't know much about it, but I assume the cartridge thingy shouldn't be doing this.

Cant really tell what its doing...piccs blurry as fuck. But if ur needles fucked, they aint that much cash...jus pick up a new cartridge from the music shop.

Like Dante said, glue it. Or buy a new cartridge.
