His write-up of his prison work out, as shown in the Resurrection book, was as follows, word-for-word:

curl 25 4 setz 5 each arm
curl 35 2 setz of 5 each arm
bench wing curl 35 5 timez each side
chest 90 10 timez 100 5 times
dipz 3 setz of 10
crunchez 3 setz of 10
wingz 70 5 timez (3 setz)
legz 10 setz of 5
chest push 100 5 times 5 sets
curl 25 10x on each arm 5 sets
curl 35 5 timez each arm 5 sets
chest push 90 10 timez 5 sets
pull downz 50 poundz 10 timez (5 setz)
40 poundz 20 timez (5 setz)
dipz 2 setz 10
crunchez 5 setz of 10
chest push 100 5 times
wing 5 x 50 3 sets
Honestly this is a pretty weak workout, but it's all good. But in his VIBE interview from prison, he said "Then everyday I started doing, like, a thousand push-ups for myself."

yup, Pac wasn't strong - 100 for chest push is nothing with 165 weight... Anyway, good for him that he was doing something positive with his body in prison because I guess all this heavy drinking and smoking left its mark on his physical appearance

I also remember Frank wrote in his book that Pac asked him to prepare a diet so he could do something with his body since he was so skinny at the final stage of his life.
