Tupac's Mom Renovates Foundation Center, Says Next LP Will Be The Last

If this is Pac's last album, I don’t really care because one day or the other, there has to be a final cd. But certain things needs to be done properly. First off, put ALL the unreleased songs on the fuckin album, man I don’t a shit if it’s a quadriple cd box set, as long as all of Pacs music is released. Secondly, put the fuckin OGs on the CD. Of course, if some songs need absolutely to be redone, get some producers like Johnny J (hopefully he could do a great job like he did on napoleons new songs) Dr. Dre, QDIII, Quik...to bring back the old Pac (not like with LTTG, wich didnt sound like Pac at all)……..Also, they need an awesome single (like changes, with a good message in it) with a nice hook from somebody like nate or akon , maybe even anthony hamilton. They absolutely need to have a really well made video for this single (shit, afenie should write to everybody that has love for pac and ask them to make an appearance in the video. This would certainly make more promotion for this last cd and im certain that alot of peeps would be more than happy to be part of it). Pac was and needs to be on top of the rap game again and its possible………only if afenie makes good decisions and listen to the fans, :( only if.......

"We'll do a spoken-word album this year, and next year we'll do the final unreleased song album for Tupac"

I dont think she is lying, Pac's mom is a good woman. What i do think, is that after the final tupac album/unrelease material, another round of Makaveli albums will come out. Only time will tell, dont matter to me tho, Tupac amaru Shakur is alive and more material will come out!

1 luv Pac and Kadafi, LIP.

For example, verses from songs like "Lets Get It On," "Raise Up Off These Nuts" etc. have been either remixed or bootlegged to shit and everyone's heard them so why release them again?
Both of these have been released on official compilation/guest releases.

there really ISNT that much stuff left to be released.
While I agree that a significant portion of the unreleased material remains unusable (Rather Be Your Lover immediately comes to mind), there remain full tracks that would sound very much finished with some solid production under them. What has leaked out to the net represents maybe half of the songs that were actually unreleased at the time of Pac’s murder. I have a hard time believing that Amaru is strapped for usable material when Loyal To The Game slap us with several new songs (btw, the EDI excuse that Pac was young and so it was hard to remix him is bullshit) that were likely leftovers perhaps intended for RUSD 2 and I can personally confirm at the very least 20 Thug Life era songs that remain unleaked and unused. The simple fact is that there is enough music to keep the albums coming once a year for several more years. Think about this for a second – wouldn’t it have been horrible marketing to issue three double CD albums instead of turning those three years into six years of single albums? They also have that old shelved project of Madonna/Sting/and others covering 2Pac songs lol…

All of this leads me to believe that this is either another marketing strategy (the old “going out of business sale” trick to peak interest and sales) or Afeni is simply getting tired of playing this game. It’s pretty apparent that her interest is in the center for the arts, and letting the Outlawz offer creative consultation would make even Stevie Wonder sound like Ja Rule. At the end of the day I’d expect more Loyal type projects with other producers before I’d expect Amaru to quit the music gig altogether.

hmmm the last Pac album.....I dunno what 2 expect
Hope it's better than Loyal to the game. I like Em, but he butchered Pac on this album, It really is the worst I have heard and i love all of Pacs music.. I cringe whenever I hear Ghetto Gospel.

I don't understand why it's so difficult for Afeni and Amaru Records to just make a good Tupac album. She always has teams that make lame ass covers, half-assed production, lame guest appearances, etc.

Why do the Outlawz "consult" her? They're wack rappers, the only good ones were Fatal (on his own) and Kadafi (R.I.P.), and the remaining ones have no creativity. That's why they're pretty much nobody these days. Think about it, these guys rapped with Pac, the biggest fucking rapper in history, and now they're not doing shit. No good album sales, no promotion, no buzz, no guest appearances on anyone's albums (other than people who most of us don't really give a shit about), etc. At least Fatal is doing stuff with Murda Inc. (which I don't really like, but he's at least trying to make moves).

Afeni should just let the fans handle this album, seriously. Who knows what fans want more than the fans themselves?

Alright I told y'all I was gonna break it down, so here it is:

1) Play Your Cards Right [Probably will be released, verses may be altered - we'll put a "$" next to these type of songs]
2) Can't Turn Back [$]
3) The Struggle Continues [Verse was used on a mixtape but will probably be released - Good title for a final album]
4) Soon As I Get Home [$]
5) What's Next [$ - Ital Joe will most likely be removed]
6) What Goes On [Verse is short, may not be released. Also has same sample as Mary J. Blige song so that might not be approved.]
7) Resist The Temptation [Panther Power Era; probably wont see an official release]
8) Tears Of A Clown [Old school song, may not be released on the same cd as songs like "Soon As I Get Home."]
9) Wherever U R [If released, they will most likely remove Daddy Kane...which means the second Pac verse would be edited so it probably will not be released]
10) Thug Life [Doesn't even have an actual Pac verse in it so it probably wont see the light of day]
11) Don't Call Me, Bitch [From the 2Pacalypse Era, probably wont make it]
12) 4 My Niggaz [If released, all the names would be removed; along with Storm. So it probably wont be released.]
13) Street Life [Sample probably wont clear]
14) First 2 Bomb [Was on M&D, Amaru most likely wont release it again - I'll put "M&D" next to these songs.]
15) Pac's Life [Sounds like it wasn't meant to be released in the first place, most likely wont be on the upcoming album]
16) Don't Go 2 Sleep [M&D]
17) Days Of A Criminal [According to Dante, this is retail so it won't be re-released.]
18) Time After Time [Verse is kind of short, sounds like a sample was used on the chorus...could possibly make it but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't]
19) House Of Pain [Was already remixed several times, one being on a Kay Slay mixtape featuring Busta Rhymes, plus with all the Biggie disses on these songs this probably won't be released on a Pac CD.]
20) Don't Stop The Music [$]
21) Hit 'Em Up "II" / "OG" [Most likely not, no need to explain.]
22) Let's Get It On [Already released, plus the new Akon remix will make it a dumb idea to release it again.]
23) Fade Me [$]
24) Flex [Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. Era, might not make it.]
25) Komradz [$ - was edited and verses were changed to be released on Better Dayz I believe.]
26) Grab The Mic [$]
27) Throw Your Hands Up [$?]
28) You Don't Wanna [Already released.]
29) Big Time [Already released.]
30) Um Dumpin' [Verse has been recycled a few times, may not be used again - M&D]
31) Out Tha Gutta [Haven't heard it in a while so I'm not too sure on this one, I'll just put a "$" until someone corrects me.]
32) 187um [Unleaked - $]
33) My Own Style [$]
34) Tongue Kissin' [$ - Might be remixed because of "Are U Still Down?"]
35) Just Watchin' [$ - some verses will probably be replaced.]
36) Bitches [$]
37) Danger Time [Love for New York on this song, may not be on the same CD as Bad Boy/Mobb Deep/etc. disses - Other verses would most likely be replaced.]
38) R U Still Down? Alternate Version [Most likely not.]
39) One Nation / Set It Off [$ - Boot Camp Clik & Co. will probably be removed - Chorus will be removed because of the 50 Cent song probably.]
40) Raise Up Off These Nuts [Already released.]
41) Rather Be Your Lover [Probably will not be released, sample wont be cleared.]
42) Thug Nigga [$]
43) Brothers At Arms [$]
44) Till My Dyin' Day [$ - Verses may be replaced and sample may not be used due to the Gwen Stefani & Eve song.]
45) Dope Fiend's Dinner [2Pacalypse Now Era, may not be released with this selection.]
46) Lifestyles Of The Poor & Homeless [See "Dope Fiend's Dinner."]

UNLEAKED (Never heard them, so some may have samples, etc.)
47) He Vs. She
48) Watch Ya Mouth
49) Trump Tight
50) 6 Or 12
51) Why? [If it has any kind of similar concept to the Jadakiss song it may be a problem to release.]
52) Can I Live? [Same thing as "Why?," but this time with the Jay-Z song.]
53) Stay Awake [Could possibly be "Don't Go 2 Sleep."]
54) Neva Heard It
55) Penitentiary Bound
56) The World Is Mine
57) The Man
58) Where Have You Been
59) Borrowed Time
60) Ride For Me Now [Could possibly be "U Don't Have 2 Worry."]
61) If There's A Cure
62) Come With Me [Could be and most likely is "Hail Mary."]
63) Outlaw Nigga [Could be any song with "Outlaw" in the title.]

There you have it, 63 songs that I know of (Feel free to add on to this if I missed any) and a good chunk of them probably will not be released. This is the reason why I don't have trouble believing the next album will be his last. All the songs here that I noted will probably be released can easily fit on a double cd. Dante mentioned that he knows about 20 songs from the Thug Life era, some probably being on this list. If those were all to be released, it could squeeze on to another 1-2 discs. Afeni says its supposed to be a big release for his 10th anniversary, whats bigger than a small box set? Think about it, they've done a few double albums already...this will be his last so a little set of 3-4 cds isn't a big deal. Anyone whose got anything to add to the list or question/comment about this please respond.

P.S. - I didn't include any of the freestyles because I highly doubt they will be released on an album (unless they make a small "2Pac Freestyles" CD, which I could see Death Row doing.) Some of them just weren't that good and I don't think people would wanna hear them besides the hardcore fans who already have them.

so, you're sure these songs will most likely be on the cd  :

1) Play Your Cards Right [Probably will be released, verses may be altered - we'll put a "$" next to these type of songs]
2) Can't Turn Back [$]
3) The Struggle Continues [Verse was used on a mixtape but will probably be released - Good title for a final album]
4) Soon As I Get Home [$]
5) What's Next [$ - Ital Joe will most likely be removed]
6) Don't Stop The Music [$]
7) Fade Me [$]

17) One Nation / Set It Off [$ - Boot Camp Clik & Co. will probably be removed - Chorus will be removed because of the 50 Cent song probably.]
18) Thug Nigga [$]
19) Brothers At Arms [$]
20) Till My Dyin' Day [$ - Verses may be replaced and sample may not be used due to the Gwen Stefani & Eve song.]

seems like a short list
