What were the first songs Tupac recorded for Suge Knight?
Tupac said in an interview that Suge asked him for a couple of songs, before he even came to DR, and paid him $150,000 - $200,000 but never ended up using the tracks.
well from what i have heard, High Till I Die (the solo version, not the version from the Thug Life demo) was originally supposed to be on the Murder Was The Case Soundtrack. other than that tho i'm not too sure.
not sure but you would have to think pour out a little liquor, even though that its on the thug life album. didnt suge use it for above the rim soundtrack cause that was a death row release.

i believe he's referring to songs that were recorded for DR and never used. the ATR tracks were recorded for the soundtrack and since DR released the soundtrack you can say they are DR tracks, but they weren't recorded specifically for Death Row. Pac did sell some songs to DR that ultimately weren't used, like the one i mentioned, High Till I Die.
Kadafi Son, he's talking about songs that weren't released by Death Row that Suge paid for. Pain and Pour... were for the soundtrack and were released, so i don't think that's what he's looking for. so far the only one we know for sure is High Till I Die.
very true, but that was released after Pac joined Death Row, and i'm guessing that if there are any other tracks from that time they were released after he came to DR. but i assumed the question was about songs that weren't used before he joined the Row. therefore HTID still qualifies.
