It was aired like 5-10 mins before Tiger tee'd off at the Masters or whatever the event is. It's a brilliant commercial, it may not look like much at the moment, but it's a strong stance by Nike. It's like they're saying 'We all have done things we're not proud about, but that doesn't mean we're gonna jump ship just because of that' ... If anything it wil give confidence to athletes to sign on with Nike cause they know they'll remain faithful no matter what controversy.

The point is that they all had their emergency meetings to discuss what to do and Nike, EA looked at their demographics and decided to stay, not so much for Pepsi. People that play golf will continue to buy clubs and balls that Tiger uses regardless of what goes on off the course. It's money.

That is true, I remember playing that crappy Palmer game. lol. Nonetheless, putting Tiger on the cover looks but better than someone like Mike Weir lol. It's all money as you said though.

I haven't the slightest idea about golf but, all I know is that Tiger Woods is good at the game (golf fans, forgive me for making an understatement). When I saw this commercial, it was whoosh right over my head. I had to read user comments to understand what it was about. The general idea was that it was more of Nike showing their support for Tiger. I'll roll with that idea as well.

I don't care much about anything that happened. I sure want him to win the tournament he's currently playing in. Not the next one, or the one after. This is the one he should win.
