The most exciting arrest ever on streets of Kyoto, Japan.

Kyoto Police finds a car known to be driven by a violent offender. They find the suspect passed out in his car - on the side of the road with the car still running - most likely from inhalant use (methylbenzene). They proceed with crazy cautiousness with blankets over windshield, spikes, vehicles in the front and back to block any attempt to escape.

I feel sorry for that nice car. Lesson learned: Don't mess with paint thinners.
