I doubt that anyone really knows, but how many songs/albums is yet to be released?

Now, Deathrow supposely has some more( i think 2 albums left), Pac's mother has alot, There is another one coming out this year(2005) , Nutto said its another one coming out next year(2006, and he aint lying bout that) , ok, ok, YGD has a double album, but there is a pac song which he did with him that is still unreleased. I wont be shocked if more people that pac knew has some, not to mention the outlawz.

So whats that, like over 200 left. Now , if that interview with Prince Ital Joe's daughter is real, then thats like 208 right. So thats like 15 or 20 more 2pac albums, if people do things right.

So holla back yall, i remember pac's mother said something about, how her son has 10 years worth of albums. She said this, in 98 right. 10 years is alot, but 10 years can roll by quick. lol anyway, i dont know, just guessing.

Tupac, when he died, he left behind 154 unreleased master recordings. He told everyone he was gonna die. I mean if you've seen the film, so see the end when he says, "I don't have time here!" He goes "I don't have time to lay the hook! You do that after I leave!"

By master recordings does it mean finished songs or what?

I never seen resurrrection, but i "had" a clip in mp3 that pac is talking in the studio to some of his homies, about , how he dont have time, etc , lets do this now, and once we finsh, we can sit back and chill or something. He was talking about the Makaveli album tho.

Besides the point, i think the next time someone has a interview with Afeni , please ask her the quesiton about how many albums is left.

Thats really the only way we may know for sure.

it is my belief that only 2 or 3 albums will be dropped in the future, with some unreleased songs that we have never making it to an official album. i think a lot of pac's collabo's with artists from his early days will not be released. those artists (tha wycked, mouseman, govenor, d.u., majesty, etc.) probably have some songs that they will keep as personal treasures.

i think someone did the math awhile ago on how many songs pac made.

pre-death row; you could assume an average of 1 track a week. pac was more active in making movies, performing at shows, and traveling around to lay tracks for money, not to mention 15 days in jail and a lot of court dates. so if we assume 1 track a week from 1991-1994, that is around 200 tracks. so far, around 100 of those tracks are released on 2pac or other albums. so that leaves around 100 tracks left, of which we probably know of 25-40.

death-row; you could assume more than 1 a week, say, 4-5 a week. lets be generous and say pac made 5 tracks a week while on death row. for the sake of the arguement, we can assume pac started recording tracks in late sep. '95 and finished late august 96'.
so that's 11 months of recording. 5 tracks a week times 44 weeks equals 220 tracks. so far, around 120 are released, so that leaves around 100 left. we know of about 25 of these tracks.

All in all, a good, rough estimate is that there are 200 tracks remaining, and we will probably not hear most of them.

Acutally i do think we will hear every pac song ever made, because pac's mother made it clear, that she plans to keep her son legacy alive, so the only way to keep it alive, is to keep releasing his music and other related stuff, keep his name poppin.

I was told by an insider at Amaru that Jimmy Iovine head of Interscope will not be releasing anymore albums through Interscope anymore. He feels that the market is over saturated with 2Pac's music. Since 2Pac is not alive anymore to do tours, work the radio stations, videos, and do the things mentioned by Dina Lapolt it would be somewhat unprofitable to Interscope anymore. This is the information passed on to myself so don't get mad at me or start replying with hate remarks...

We can just hope that Afeni will find another distribution outlet to put out Pac's music.
