Alright, are you trying to tell me we can all look forward to:

A double cd worth of pac music, which is good, but some of the artist's that is mention to be on his album is a litte um(cant think of word), i wouldnt think pac would work with with these people? I could be wrong tho, but i dont see it.

Unreleased pac song on kurupts album

Scarface and Tupac Album

Thats alot of music right there and i think about 80% is unreleased music too. What else is coming?

Pac is going to realease 20 albums through Koch records over the next 5 years. Supposedly pac wasnt happy going through the mainstream route. He rather snatch up those 8 bucks an album on an indy.

Yeah they gonna milk this till the very last drop,
The supposed to be 'last album' is just another $ Amaru $-hype to make it sell more.
There's gonna be tons of video/dvd compilations and books, plus there are more than 150 unreleased tracks (when you also count the earlier tracks). And don't forget the OG-versions.. As long as there is demand for, they will be flooding us with Tupac for many years to come...

It's strongly believed that the Pac verse on the new Kurupt album is the verse that he dropped on "Me & My Homies" with Nate Dogg, which was released a while back. Plus the Scarface and Tupac album can't have that much unreleased material, it probably has Smile and Homies & Thuggs and maybe one or two unreleased songs.

Yeah they seem to milk it for as much as they can. The thing I don't understand though is why they have yet to release any OGs (besides 1 or 2, literally, on the side-"Late Night" & "Ghetto Star" come to mind). I'm hoping, that through Amaru, Koch, whatever, they eventually will release albums with straight OGs. thatd be dope, and if they're trying to make as much money as possible, that would seem to be a reasonable decision after remixing everything and having that money regardless. (Maybe there plan has always been to remix everything themselves, because they feel that would sell better to the main stream [for the most part, non-die hard Pac fans] and then pass off the remains (OGs) to be released by another company cuz maybe clearing those samples or whatever is too much work for them and LaPolt)...that's my idea. Tell me if any of you agree with this.

--Also, I believe there are more than 150 purely unreleased tracks (not counting OGs). If you take only everything that WE know, there's tons:

-Those scraps from 2Pacalypse Now that we found out about on the hand-written tracklisting, scraps from Strictly, MATW, AEOM, eveything. Those all add up. Then when you add to that the other unreleased material (which we may only know 50% of) I think he has several hundred unreleased tracks. Just my opinion.

I do worry about these 'unreleased' tracks coming out though. Why were they not released when Pac was here? Is it cos they are duds? Every artist makes tracks that are just not up to scratch, so get left on the cutting room.

I hope I'm wrong tho, and the unreleased tracks are tight ;)

The reason that Tupac had so much unreleased shit is because he wanted to leave a legacy, even after he was gone. This was intentional...these songs are neither better nor worse than the released, just in addition to. Hope this answers your question. pz.

some were indeed left as scraps, some were never finished because a) pac didnt really find the time and the track ended up being unfinished, or b) he must not have liked it. some were intended for release but got cut, some were cencored off of albums, some never came out because as he grew his plans changed. some stuff was meant for release, some was not, some was in the gray zone. you say they are neither better nor worse like it is a fact, but isn't that a matter of taste? :p

yeah they arent duds at all,

who do u believe in, when thugz cry, high speed, sucka 4 luv...these are all examples of classic songs/classic pac verses, that didnt make cuts for one reason or another, but in fact are better than alot of the work he did put out

True. That's exactly the point I was trying to raise. But it's not like he released to top 10% of his work and all the rest left isn't as good...it is just a matter of taste and some left is good some isn't as good. But it's all a matter of opinion. So I completely agree.
