good diet is 6 meals a day, with power foods:

1. legumes
2. spinach
3. green vegetables
4. carbs and proteins

When I was 20 I weighed 73 kg and i was 6 1" then I finished my diploma in sports science so I had the knowledge and I starting going to the gym now 2 years later I now weigh 84 kg and I haven't taken steriods once and I have a fast metabolism.

The first thing you need to do is go out and buy Arnold schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of bodybuilder that shits like the bible for bodybuilders!!

Second : get your diet sorted, diet accounts for 75% of progress that you make. you sound like you will need about 6 meals a day each meal containing about 650 calories, keep the meals high in protein and carbs. If you stuggle to eat that much or don't have much time buy meal replacement drinks and get yourself some protein supplements to take as soon as you finish training to help you build maximum muscle. And drink 8 glasses of water a day this is something that is really underrated. Also someone said visit mcdonalds and shit, big no no if you do that you will get bigger but bigger like john candy not like arnold!! Here is a good site that has some really good tools like a nutrition planner to get you started:

Thirdly: Get yourself a gym membership, get a training partner this really does help, Train 3 to 4 times a week doing each body part once or twice a week, keep your reps low between 8 and 12 each set and try to keep each session down to no more than an hour and twenty minutes each, I say to you stay away from doing any CV (running etc). There are some good training programs on that link I gave you and there is loads inthe arnie book!

And lastly: Measure yourself e.g biceps, and weigh yourself on the very first day and then measure yourself every 6 weeks or so, so that you can see your progress, this really helps as a motivational tool, and just get into it! have a goal in your mind and just go for it,

I took that shit with a glass of milk after lunch

at night I took that shit again with my meal.

SYmptoms:

a. The first tiem I drunk that shit was kind of dizzy

b. I VE BEEN THIRSTY, DRINKIN LIKE 5 LITER OF WATER NOW !!!!

c. I went to the bathroom 4 times (not 2 pee)

d. I want to sleep earlier than I do often.

the only time ive ever been able to gian weight is when i train for boxing

and im still only 125lb

but thats ite because it keeps me in the lighweight class, and at 5'6 it wouldnt be to wise to move up a weight class
