The sad truth is that most people don't know the unrealeased songs that Makaveli made and only know the album versions, but theres alot of songs out there that If people knew the song everybody would bumping that shit on their cars for example the first thing that comes to my mind becuase I seen it here is My Own Style but I could name a whole bunch of songs that if people knew it, they would be putting the volume all the way up in their cars.

I dont know anyone who's a Pac fan and denied it. Theres a guy that drives up and down my street who always has one of Pac's songs on. Ofcourse theres haters, every artist has that.

when we got a better relationship, they showed their pac love.
lmao

i agree most 2pac fanz are depressive, i kno i am, i find myself listening to the darker 2pac tracks, such as "When Thugz Cry" or how long will they mourn me. Yes i do believe 2pac rapped for the people that had problems in life, I'm not sayin mine are as bad as his were, but everyone has problems. 2Pac helps people cope with thier problems in thier own certain ways.

I don't give a fuck what people think about if I listen to 2Pac. I also know if I get picked on, to make me wanna do something about it I will turn to the song "No More Pain".
When "friends" backstab me and shit I listen to "Fuck All Y'all OG" so yeah I got certain songs for certain problems. I never thought about it but when I am depressed I do listen to Pac, weird...never noticed.

It may sound stupid, but I try my best to explain exactly what this thread is about. First of all this is no dickriding!

Is it uncool to listen to 2pac today? Is there too much emotion in Pacs music, that makes you look like a candy-ass?
Is pac known for depressive songs, and ppl believe that a tupac fan must be depressive too? Do Tupac fans automatically have problems in life, if they prefer music like "Fuck the world", "It aint easy", "Outlaw" or "Death around the corner"? Is tupac a resort from reality?

I cant give you an direct answer, but what I notice is, that people and some of my friends wouldnt represent Pac, or at least show that they are a Pac Fan. I mean they dont bump Pac music loud in their car, but every other interpret(and dont they say there aint no pac songs to bump in a car). If I ask friends "which you like the most", almost everybody likes pac the most , but they rather wear a G-Unit T-shirt than a 2pac-shirt. Do you think there are many Tupac Fans, who put it in bluntly, that their favourite song is "Dear Mama" or "Unconditional Love", except for the internet, where ppl are anonym, I dont think so.
I know some people that denied to be a Pac fan and when we got a better relationship, they showed their pac love. I know I know, its very strange, but can you understand what Im trying to say? Of course you dont have to show everybody what you listen to and not everybody is a representer but why do some people hide a bit their pac love, although they are a huge fan?

I myself don't listen to Tupac for the image. I couldn't care less. My liking is of what is behind the man. I strive for no vain attempt to portray a certain outward appearence.

People do but think in stereotypes too much.

Its not really just about playing pac tracks in a car, thats just an example, read it again.

Much better, thats near the topic :thumb: and I agree many Tupac fans are depressive otherwise some arent, but ppl lump them all together. Depressive songs are not everything tupac has done.

You dont give a fuck, absolutely, me too, but some do not, maybe those ppl dont wanna be judged. Fortunately there are some ppl who can fit a little bit with the topic :D

For me it is not so complicated, its very simple I just like his songs/albums, thats all, but a lot of ppl who dont know that, think too much, "Oh he seems to be depressive, maybe he got many problems, that could be the reason of why he is listening to Tupac, nurse, the scalpell please, we have to cut off his music taste", lol.

I haven't heard of any fans who deny it either.....you would need to be a complete image-conscious freak.....and that's not what pac's music promotes
