people do a lot worse things every day, eating meat is no worse than littering or driving a car or smoking
Bollocks.

Not being apart of the killing doesn't mean you're saving their lives, lol.

By not murdering children I'm not saving their lifes. By that logic everyone would be a messias.
It's called supply and demand. No demand = No Supply = no murdered animals.

I don't see a massive demand for dead children, so sorry, you are comparing apples and oranges.

Looking at the big picture, it is worse. Driving your car is leading to the deaths of animals. Oil needs to be drilled, destroying the ecosystem of the area (dredging kills the life there as well), it has to be transferred somehow, pipes ruin migration patterns of certain animals (at least in the prairies they do), then it gets transported by ship that has the possibility to spill causing the death of animals, then when the oil is used it released tons of CO2 which will lead to the death of billions of animals. So if you care about the life of animals you will have to stop driving your car and switch to solar power, if you won't you're a hypocrite

The execution of Jews was an accepted part of Nazi protocol. Killing to survive and wiping out other clans, individuals or groups that cause a threat, is a natural part of the animal kingdom and life for many species. Luckily humans realize this is wrong and choose to at least attempt to live better lives; that is what makes us human.

Just because it accepted by you does not mean it is morally right.
The killing of 6 million people is different to the killing of animals raised to be food. I understand the mistreatment issue, I prefer organic, but you cant seriously compare the holocaust to the meat industry.
I would love to see laws that protect the animals from mistreatment, but I don't expect them not to be killed for the purposes of food.

You're a fucking moron. I can succeed at anything I put my mind to - especially this, since I don't drive a car, and when I do it will be an electric, eco friendly one.

so you can lick my balls, biatch.

What is the source of the electricity that powers your home? Gas? Coal? Oil? Hydro? All those kill animals. When your band tours do they drive an electric tour bus? Sucks for you guys because they don't exist.

If you use anything that is a product of oil you're killing animals. This includes rubber, plastic, nylon and creams like vaseline. You can't be "eco-friendly" unless you give up modern technology and live in the wild

You fly with the airplane to your shows in different countries, no?

You read that Milli? Do you understand it?

Chronic, what do you say? You said its all about not killing animals when there is no need for it. What about the things Glockmatic, for example, has mentioned? Opinion?

1. I bought an apartment in a complex that uses it's own eco-friendly generators. So ha to you.

2. When we tour, the promoters hire the transport, not us. So we're not directly contributing to that. You lose again.

3. I don't use oil-based creams. I don't use rubber. I don't wear nylon products and as for plastic - you are really reaching hard with that one. What next, I'm killing animals from drinking water because they could have drank that water and they instead died of thirst? Please.

Yes, but I don't pay for the airplane.

I will insult you whenever I please, cock-knocker.

When i want to eat meat, the supermarket orders the meat, not me. So im not directly contributing to that.

See, now that you see you aint got no arguments against what he says, you claim that he is exaggerating, when he isnt. He is perfectly right.

You are a joke Milli. And so is the the whole "dont eat meat and you safe animals" thing, when you do all the other stuff which contributes to the killing of animals.

Unfortunately, most people do not feel connected to their extended reality. That’s why a bomb maker doesn’t think about where the bomb is going to be used. I couldn’t work in a factory where I knew that something was being made that could destroy someone. I have to live by universal truths, and my reality honors all life, within reason. So just because I can’t stop engaging in everything that might be connected to the harm of some person or animal, is not reason to not do anything. There’s no true perfection; there’s only an ideal. You can make this world a better place if you choose because you are an essential ingredient in society.
