from what I've heard, 3x got ahold of the acapella and released in 97 on an underground ep that hasn't surfaced on the net, but the song itself was given to AIM records in Australia who have been bootleging import 2pac albums for awhile. it was put on a single, and put on their versions of the 1 in 21 remix cd and the rerelease of the Here After cd

the acapella of Po Nigga Blues has been around for years, but until the past year or so it was kept on the downlow
