everyone got their own opinion I guess....I personally think "U Can Be Touched" og is one of the best songs Pac ever wrote, the Outlawz verses are some of their best, hook is on point, and the beat is just something beautiful. Overall, everything just meshes together very well in that song, even if there is only one verse from Pac.

Cookies, you gotta expect the ratings for these particular songs to be fairly high......the Still I Rise og's are some of the best songs Pac made, many of these songs were recorded near or during the 7 Day Theory sessions, when Pac was penning songs that were of a very high level.
U Can Be Touched, Still I Rise, Mr. President, Tear Drops, and Tattoo Tears arent your run-of-the-mill Pac songs. They are GEMS.

I just wish they took Edi out of most the songs instead of taking a big syke verse out and adding an extra long edi verse on letter 2 the prez. They should of kept black jesus closer 2 the OG and leave kastro out of the outro and intro.
This album would of been 1 of pacs best albums if they took out some inlawz verses and just inhanced some beats like secretz of war instead of changing it.
