im doin an assignemtn on creating my business and questions about it.

what would you write for this question

"what management procedures would you implement to ensure you and your staff have a successful mentoring and feedback practice in place"?

Make expectations clear regarding roles of all participants.

Define the criteria for measuring progress and ultimately, the success of the program.

Schedule regular meetings and reports.

Develop a system for ongoing feedback.

Yeah, holding weekly meetings - where the staff can express problems, beefs & give positive comments - & giving staff reports. Maybe worker of the week awards & that shit.

Just generally creating an atmosphere where the staff feel they speak openly about their problems.
