What bear is best?

Is 'disaccordance' a word? "In disaccordance to"?

I'd prefer a reply by a non-American. Or if available an American that speaks English.

It's a word that is seen on my speeding ticket, well the letter they send you saying they will cancel your license for not showing up to court the first time.

I can't find it in any dictionary. Maybe it was created recently but to me it sounds like some kind of forced creature of dis- (negation) and accordance. I wouldn't use that kind of word in England I think.

Disaccordance is a seldom used variant of disaccord. Disaccord is preferred. Means lack of harmony; disagreement.

Forum discussion is informal, imo.

I want to know in what context chronic meant it. Or are we just discussing grammar in general?
