Promotion for Pac's Life?

i'm tired of bitching about amaru's PR department... fuck it... let them do what they wanna do... *flush* Pac's Legacy *flush*

True that, i wonder how many times the past couple years i've bitched about their mishandling of his legacy... it just seems pointless they keep setting us up for a big surprise, and it all just falls flat... again and again... :fury:

They just need to release the VIDEO thats it! That's all the promotion they need! Seriously, someone needs to get fired over at Amaru, how stupid are they!!?

Not even a video can save this. Some people didn't even about L2TG (fortunately), but damn, I know Afeni and the people at Amaru are smart, but while all of this animosity? 10 years and I don't feel Pac is gettin' tha recognition he deserves. Only we know about this. Damn...I feel so sorry for pac and his music he left behind

It's 8pm on Wednesday November 9, 2006... i finally saw a commerical for Pac's Life on tv... it was on a local sports station called 'The Score' They showed it during a raptors/76ers basketball game.. it was about 20 seconds long.. had some misc tupac footage in the background, they showed the Pac's Life cover a few times, and in the background 'Pac's Life' the Ashanti/TI version was playing. Also the voice on the commercial was plugging the guest artists that were going to be on the album ie. ludacris and snoop dogg.. NOTE: they did not mention on the commercial anything about this being a TRIBUTE album.. that word or any word like it was not said.. they said 'a new album from legendary rapper 2pac' or something along those lines.. nothing about tribute album!

Only if someone knew where Afeni or Jimmy hideout so they can be confronted. It would be good to watch that on youtube.

On Hot97, Pac's Life is usually played early mornings on the weekends or on the midnight playlists. It's ashame. Amaru is trying to swagger jack everything about "biggie duets" and the success of that album with wack tired beats from swizz and tired btnh members, but they can't seem to mimmick the heavy promotion of that cd.

Also seriously 2Pac needs to flop for once. Maybe it'll send a message to Amaru that they're doing something wrong.

You loyal fans need to stop thinking they'll stop releasing albums. And even if they do stop releasing lp's, so what? No more classic songs will be ruined.

Anyway if people stop supporting, maybe next time, they'll get their acts together. They won't stop releasing music when there is so much to be released. The TASF won't cut off their source of income like that. They'll ride it out.

I just saw a commercial on BET with Untouchable (Swizz) playing in tha backround. No one talked in it. It faded into tha picture of Pac on tha cover, then it faded into "2Pac, Pac's Life". It then showed tha cover and tha release date.
