Its not about being serious. Its about free-posting. Who cares if you joke or not, just don't turn a messageboard into MSN Messenger. Jokes are great, but involve everyone.
If you're going back and forth with someone else, people stare at the thread and wonder why its called a messageboard. At times like that, it looks like an Instant-Messaging board.

how about who gives a fuck read the threads u want to read and leave the ones you dont... do u realize how many times ive clicked on a thread and simply left it... its not that hard who the fuck cares let newbs be newbs and let whoever else be themselves, i mean, there would be no such thing as a "newb" if nobody allowed them to post at will... soon enough theyll mature up enough to where theyre not gonna be posting loads of what you might think as bullshit, 2pax is right btw

This is about people who disturbs the flow of a thread. Lets say there is a thread about 'Crying during a movie' and in that thread, people are having a dicussion about the topic, then 5 or 6 posts into the thread, you see two people arguing about whether or not Tupac was a real nigga, there is no excuse for that kind of stupidity, it's pointless and it's not funny.

People do care Mav, I see people talking about how wack the board is these days.. that has a lot to do with the bullshit we're talking about, there aren't enough good threads because good threads get ruined by few people (people who aren't noobs).

^ yea yer right, and i laughed my ass off at your example with crying at a movie and tupac bein a real nigga or not... and it does seem like there are alot of posters like that, ive also noticed alot of the OGs and shit are posting less, or so it seems atleast, people would like to call me a noob, but thats only me hiding behind my newer "join date"... honestly all we can really do is hope it gets better, man i miss hitemup... ahhhh and the death forum.. honestly, i thought it was funny, nothing more

Plus, you post some of the most irrelevant shit known to man. It is funny no doubt, but irrelevant nonetheless.
And one of the topics you could say we jacked was the one asking us to post pics of teens trying to act tough. We went way off topic but people laughed, so what was the problem there?
