1. I liked this track since day 1, I like Swizz' production style, works well for the more upbeat remix and Krayzie Bone, one of the best guests on the album, some are just wrong (Young Buck, Lil Scrappy, etc) biggest flaw: the hook gets a lil annoying after a while.
4.5/5
2. not too crazy about this track, beat's not bad but doesn't work for this track, TI doesn't belong on a song called Pac's Life, never met the guy. Ashanti does a decent job, and I generally don't like her shit. I didn't like the way they did pac's vocals on the hook or the adding of a verse from this life I lead at the end, could'a tried a verse from a track w/ at least a similar tempo.
3/5
3. now I HATE papoose but I can overlook that today, this beat really works for Pac's style. Carl Thomas really surprised me w/ the hook, pretty damn cool. and of course Fatal w/ Pac works, pac would've approved of that at least. my favorite remixed track on the album.
4.5/5
4. beat's not bad, but deff not enough pac on this track, I know there wasn't alot to work w/ but then this track should've been alot shorter, makes it seem like he's just featuring on a Keyshia Cola track. she's not bad, at least the hook was decent. but that should've been the extent of her contribution, get a female MC to do the 2nd verse, recycle a Left Eye verse or something, or even get sumone like Eve, Foxy Brown, or Lil Kim, would've been better.
3/5
5. Pac's verse doesn't work w/ the beat, way too southern/crunk sounding. hook's not bad. guests are unimpressive. deffinetly could do w/out this track.
2/5
6. beat's not bad, guests are terrible, chamillionare is alot better than Buck, but neither belong on the track, just 2 rappers who are hot at this second and will liekly be forgotten shortly. ignoring the guests, it's a cool track. beat's not GREAT, but alot better than some on the album and better than 90% of LTTG.
3/5
7. most people hate this track butI think it's ehhh, ok. works well 4 a club track. beat sucks but 4 w/e reason I kinna like it. I like the hook, brings me back to California Love and the World Wide remix. Guests are forgetable, don't bring anything to the track.
3/5
8. beat's not bad. pac's verse works well w/ it. could deff do w/out lil scrappy. hook sucks aside from the Pac part "Don't Sleep".
other guests are acceptable, all from pac's fam and extended fam.
3/5
9. classic track, "un fucked-with". I agree w/ another reviewer on here, sounds more like a super-enhanced version as opposed to being truely mastered, much like they don't give a fuck about us, but that doesn't bother me, sounds fine to me.
5/5
10. better than the female version cuz no one really gets too much more shine/attention than pac on the track(like keyshia cole on the 1st). beat's not bad, works w/ the vocals. I like how the hook was done w/ pac's vocals. Luda's not one of my fav mc's (I won't listen to his shit normally), but he doesn't hurt this track. like the outro too haha.
3.5/5
11. not a big fan of this track. nice to see pac's intro left intact but I really don't like the beat. also nice to finally see a track w/ just pac's fam n extended fam on it. this might've been my fav track w/ a better beat. hook's ok, nothing special.
3.5/5
12. once again, this damn beat, like I said, not a bad beat but doesn't work w/ pac's verse. HATE the hook on this version, sounds really sloppy and weak, like a bad cover of the other version. nice to see snoop on here, sumone who actually knew pac, talking about pac's life, haha. should've left TI off this, don't need to hear that verse again. or like another reviewer said, just have one version on the album, w/ pac's verse, snoop's verse and TI's verse, and Ashanti's hook. the hook is one thing that really hurts this version as apposed to the other version.
3/5
13. another track I actually enjoyed. like the intro. beat is cool, works really well w/ the track, more like pac would've used compared to most of the album. didn't need this Gravy guy, felt very unnecesary. Fatal and Kadafi are always welcome on a remixed pac track. hook is cool, glad they didn't use the same hook from the other version. instead of Gravy being on it, they should've used the other pac verse. not a bad version, but I prefer the Swizz remix at the moment. just feels more like a Pac track as apposed to pac being featured on a track, mostly cuz he has 2 verses w/ a guest inbetween.
4/5
overall the album was better than LTTG cuz it didn't have eminem's horrible beats on the whole thing or gunit n eminem's boyfriends on every track. the guests weren't great on this but there was a whole lot of Kadafi and a few other outlawz n outlaw fam people on here(Syke, Stormy, Fatal, Nusto, Big Syke, Noble, EDI). as well as people pac actually knew n worked with (Snoop, Krayzie Bone). a few welcome geusts pac didn't know (Luda, Ashanti, Carl Thomas, Swizz, etc.) but I deff would've preferred that they left out Lil Scrappy, Young Buck, Chris Starr, Chamillionare, Papoose, and most of these other misc. people who bring nothing to the tracks they're on.
production was a step up from LTTG on most tracks(not all), but we're still a long way from UTEOT, BD, SIR, and RUSD as far as pac's posthumous material. hopefully it is, as some people sugest, a tribute album, and we can expect some superior pac material next year, maybe even some solo tracks (or at least leave the guests to do the hooks). as well as some Johnny J beats. bottom line, not bad, could've been alot better, but not bad, they're just always looking for a quick buck instead of looking at it from an artistic point of view. honestly a Pac album w/ few to no guests would sell just as well if not better than one w/ "current" guests on each track. they need to realize that. Pac's name is still big enough to sell his own albums. people haven't forgotten him and don't need Young Buck or Papoose on a track as a reason to buy the album, the people taht that attracts are the ones who would just download n burn it anyways.

I'll buy it eventually, maybe used off amazon when I see it for anything under $8.
